Tasting Notes: S'more, Caramel Cream, Hazelnut Toffee
Roaster Notes:
If you love rich, full bodied coffee, look no further! This El Salvadorian coffee is a Hershey's kiss in a cup. Luscious milk chocolate covers the palette accompanied by a graham-crackery body and swirls of creamy caramel. This coffee takes me back to my childhood, cheeks covered in chocolate, mouth full of Milky Way and Rolos. The finish is just as decadent as the first sip, only it lifts into a soft note of Hazelnut and toffee. Once again calling me back to my childhood with a spoon of Nutella, straight up. Anyone else have a massive sweet tooth? If so, this coffee is for you. This is one beautiful coffee that makes for the perfect espresso because what pairs better with milk than your favorite sweet treat? Central Americans are such work horses for espresso. They have round, full bodies rich with sweetness and very little acidity to challenge the milks and syrups. Pull this one just right on espresso, and you may just find that your crema has a subtle zing of orange zest that tastes oh so good covered in chocolate.

The pinturesque town of La Palma is blessed with breathtaking landscapes and a perfect climate. Most beautifully of all, this place is famous for having murals painted in many colors just like all the handcrafts that have been created in this region. The artistans in La Palma create crafts and paint them in bright colors that form part of the decoration of this beautiful small town. They work with lots of different fabrics worn by the people of this special place.
El Mural is a blend of coffees from two main cantons: Citalá and La Palma, both of these are part of the Montecristo Trifinio, a tri-border national park shared between El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Designated as a biosphere reserve in 2011, it is an area of incredibly rich bio-diversity."
