Made with lavender sourced from southeastern France. We wanted to enhance the lavender’s flavor without making it too floral, so we decided to sweeten the syrup with unfiltered crystalized honey that’s never heated and sourced from a small farm in Vermont.

Ingredients: pure cane sugar, honey, filtered water, lavender bud, benzoic acid & potassium sorbate (to preserve)
